Envision 3D had the privilege of designing the numerous bath displays featured in DreamStyle’s gorgeous new showroom in Albuquerque, New Mexico. DreamStyle’s staff, including their management, construction professionals, administrative staff, and sales people, are professional and a pleasure to work with. We were thrilled to see our designs so beautifully constructed. We have no doubt that DreamStyle will provide every one of their clients with a pleasurable remodeling experience with first-class results.

Phantom Screens has had an opportunity to work with Visbeen Architects on several occasions, and their creativity, quality of work, and craftsmanship have made us a lasting impression. It is great to work with a team of people who are so thoughtful and innovative in their design while remaining true to their clients` visions. Their attention to detail and care when specifying Phantom`s product is commendable and we strongly recommend Visbeen Architects for any new construction projects.
Michael Nash Design, Build & Homes

My wife and I selected Michael Nash from among five separate bids for a considerable renovation and expansion of our home. Michael Nash was the second lowest bidder, but our confidence in Sonny Nazemin’s eye for design and considerable number of award-winning designs was crucial in our initial selection. We have a grand house in Reston built in the late 1960s. It has solid bones but really needed a whole house renovation. We also needed more space to house our extended family. Our project consisted of a new two-car garage, siding, roofing and a totally new floor consisting of a master suite and bathroom. From the start of the project I was impressed with the one price upfront to complete the project. Sonny navigated our plans through the difficult process of approval by our local Design Review Board. His personal attention and negotiation with the board led to the rapid approval of our project. Follow on work for our front porch and driveway was reasonably priced. When we requested a re-design of the ceilings for the master suite, Sonny spared no expense hiring several architects to arrive at the design we desired. His vision throughout the project ensured its success. ******************* EXTRA FOLLOW-ON WORK COMPLETED jANUARY 25, 2014 *********************** We gave Michael Nash extra follow-on work with our kitchen because we were so pleased with how our Master Suite and other work turned out. We told Sonny that we had a limited budget but wanted to get as much of the kitchen done as possible. He suggested that we keep our old cabinets and redo everything else. Sonny has a great eye for design and suggested that we take out some cabinets to open up the room. He helped us with color choices that made the kitchen modern and bright. They replaced the oven, the hood, the induction cooktop, the counter, the floor, the sink, repaired and replaced doors, painted the room and put in a new lighting system with ten canned lights. Michael Nash kept to a timetable except for the hood at the end, which was really unavoidable. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and recommend Michael Nash to our neighbors and friends.
KBR Design & Build

What I liked most about KBR was how professional they were. Customer service and quality is great. We got an estimate for design, materials, constructions, permits for the bedroom and the bathroom. I met and spoke with them a few times before but I never pushed through with big plans. I had a good feeling the whole time and everything worked out great.

Bill is an exceptional designer. He listens to your needs and offers very good suggestions. He is detailed-oriented, which is really a plus when you know how you want to use a space but not how to make it happen. Bill makes it happen! This is the first part of a two-part home office project.

Los Angeles project: 2 bathrooms and removing a wall in living room to make rental unit bigger. This is a great company. The office staff, managing partners and there team do an excellent job! We hired Concept Renovations back in July 2016 and started the project end of Aug into September. We recently received this link in our message box and were happy to see that they are now set up to start taking reviews for their work. Great move! We live in Phoenix and this was one of our family rental units, and above everything, including the design work and permits they met us 100% of the way and were very understanding as to scheduling needs with active tenants. We are pleased to give them this good review. You wont go wrong with this company and ask about referral incentives, top of the line and solid.
AHG Interiors

Stef, owner of AHG (Art Home Garden), helped us with every step of our move back into our Brooklyn townhouse after a gut renovation. She is professional, dedicated and a gifted designer with a keen eye. She helped us make our new house a home we've always dreamed of living in. Stef helped us place our furniture and art. She helped pick out lighting, tiles, flooring, paint colors and furniture. Stef and her partner moved mountains when it came to crunch time and she worked within our time frame and budget. We are living in our dream home and this is largely due to Stef's thoughtful, creative, and professional design sense. I would highly recommend AHG and hope to work with her company again in the near future.

I cannot say enough good things about Savvy Interiors. I bought a house two years ago that I took from completely tuscan to completely transitional with the help of Susan and her team. They have the ability to make your "dream board" come to life! Susan is a master at mixing and matching prints, colors and textures. She has incredible resources for custom furnishings and build ins... all within budget. I am so proud of my house, and I get compliments from all my guests. This should say it all: I took pictures of my interior design to a favorite store and asked them to provide a wardrobe that complimented my house!

I would highly reccomend Cathy Cherry. I had the pleasure of working with her on a house that she designed for Baldwin Homes for the Maryland Green Show Home. The area that I designed and furnished was the Kitchen, Eat-in Area and Great Room. I love how she designed the areas to be an open floor plan. I find that homeowners in this area of Maryland like open floor plans because it is a more interactive but, casual way of life. When I heard that Cathy was designing the home and wanted it to be a "tidal" home I knew that her style would fit hand in glove with my "Chesapeake Cozy" style. The architectural detail on the home was top notch. In my area, I particularly loved the strong columns. I repeated the detail in my custom built-ins flanking the fireplace. It was easy to plan the interior design around Cathy's classic taste! Gina Fitzsimmons, ASID
